Who are we?

 

The Movement Co. is a multi-modality health and fitness business based in Glasgow, Scotland bringing you the benefit of 15+ years of high level industry experience. 

 

We have helped thousands of people from all over the world achieve their goals through both Personal Training and Online Coaching over the years and aim to continue getting results and refining the process in order to make the client experience as smooth and as comfortable as it can be.

 

Committing to regular coaching is a daunting prospect for many people and at The Movement Co. we appreciate this. The clients needs are paramount for us and you can expect to be supported and educated at every stage of your journey.      

 

When you sign up to Personal Training with The Movement Co., you can request specialist coaching in areas such as; ante/postnatal exercise, kettlebell training, boxing/martial arts and flexibility/mobility (including Animal Flow™).

 

We also run a Sports Massage clinic in Glasgow City Centre and you can rely on us to assist with injury rehab, maintenance massage, pre/post event massage and postural assessment/correction. We also provide myofascial dry cupping treatments as popularised by many olympic athletes, sport stars and celebrities around the world.
